Mother

Pure and simple

Nature at her finest

Life's greatest journey

What more can I say? This was going to be a Klimt-inspired painting for the Inspiration Avenue 'Mother' challenge, but I loved this simple sketch so much I left it as is. Makes it a good Sunday Sketch too!

Are you going to Beth Nicols retreat??? I wanted to go so bad!!! I had the pleasure of meeting with Beth and Louise Gale in Hoboken last spring. I had already signed up for Artfest. I can only do one big trip a year. How exciting.
You will love Flora Bowley. She came to Philadelphia in the fall and My sister, Nelly and I went to the workshop. She is great.
    So excited for you!!!
    Isn't life good!
